Clinical Observation Of Kangmin Libi Powder In Treating Allergic Rhinitis In Children (Lung Stagnation And Stagnation)

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and clinical value of kangmin libi powder in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung meridian heat blocking type),Thus,it provides clinical reference and method for improving Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods: 60 cases of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung-tumor-heat type)patients who visited the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group was given xanthium biyan drop pills,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.After treatment according to the Chinese and western medicine diagnosis standard,through the comparison of TCM syndrome points.To see if the treatment is effective.Results:1.From the treatment effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 83.3%,P < 0.05,with significant difference and statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group could significantly improve the TCM syndromes of children,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.After the drug treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved.2.The self-comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups was Pindicating that the treatment schemes in both groups were effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis;The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment was Pindicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that kangmin libi powder had a significant effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.3.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after the experiment,indicating that these two drugs have good safety in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Conclusion:Kangminli is safe and effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,and has no obvious side effects.It is worth promoting and applying.
