Clinical Curative Observation Of Xin Cang E Zhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Children Allergic Rhinitis Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective :Observation of XinCang E Zhi Decoction in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy.Methods:In the maternal and child hospital of Datong traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department of pediatrics patients,from July 2015-2016 year in March,accord with 60 cases of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in children allergic rhinitis lung and spleen deficiency were included in the standard,randomized(randomly),positive drug controlled clinical observation methods,according to the children were randomly divided into treatment group with the control group,treatment group was treated with Xin Cang E Zhi soup,control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution,30 cases in each group.The two groups lasted 14 days,two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,signs and changes of product difference,through the use of SPSS17.0 to receive Set experimental data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)After 14 days of treatment,the statistical data obtained in the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%,the total efficiency of the control group 70.0%.Rank sum test was used for the total efficiency of two groups were compared,the results showed that the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating Xincang E Zhi Decoction in the treatment group was better than hydrochloric acid levocetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid.(2)By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the individual scores of symptoms and signs(P > 0.05)before treatment.It indicated that the two groups of children were more significant.After 14 days of treatment,the two groups after treatment of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching symptoms and signs of nasal mucosa of single points compared with significant difference have(P < 0.05),two groups of drugs in children allergic rhinitis sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion in improving symptoms and nasal itching,nasal symptoms are effective;two groups after treatment in the inferior turbinate swelling in single syndrome score before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)After14 days of treatment,the treatment group in symptoms of runny nose integral compared tothe control group have significant difference(P < 0.05),but the two groups in nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,nasal mucosa color had no significant difference in symptom scores for comparison(P > 0.05),that improve the children with runny nose symptoms,curative effect the treatment group than the control group,the improvement in nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,nasal mucosa color and other symptoms and signs,no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion :(1)XinCang E Zhi Decoction in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen deficiency is better than levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution;(2)Two groups of drugs in improving children allergic rhinitis sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching symptoms and nasal mucosa were effective in improving the symptoms;inferior turbinate enlargement signs effect is not significant.(3)The effect of XinCang E Zhi Decoction in improving the symptoms of children with runny nose is superior to that of cetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid.
