Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Infantile Allergic Rhinitis (Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome) With Cangwu Tongqiao Powder

Objective: Allergic rhinitis is a common condition in pediatrics,belong to the category of "allergic rhinitis" of traditional Chinese medicine,professor Feng Xiaochun engaged in clinical work for more than 20 years,has rich clinical experience,this article aim to systematically Feng Xiaochun professors use pale wu: dispersion treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung spleen-deficiency type)of the thoughts and the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment,to enrich Chinese medicine offer reference for clinical treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods: In this clinical trial,a randomized controlled study was conducted to select60 children with allergic rhinitis(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency)in the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital.The treatment group actually included 31 cases,and Professor Feng Xiaochun wrote Fang Fangwutong.The control group was actually included in 29 cases,and oral desloratadine dry suspension was given for 14 days.The symptoms and signs of the children after treatment and 3 months after stopping the drug were observed,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results: From the perspective of short-term efficacy,the total effective rate of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was 93.55%,while the total effective rate of symptoms and signs in the control group was 86.21%.After SPSS17.0 statistical software treatment,the result was P > 0.05,which was statistically significant and the difference was not significant.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was93.55%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 68.97%,P< 0.05,with statistical significance and significant difference,proving that in the short-term treatment,the control group could significantly improve the situation of TCM syndromes in children.Three months after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was 74.19%,and the total effective rate of symptoms and signs in the control group was 34.48%,P < 0.05,with statistically significant difference.It was proved that the long-term effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that ofthe control group.Conclusion: Cangwu tongqiao powder is safe and effective in treating allergic rhinitis(lung-qi deficiency)in children,which can obviously improve the symptoms of children and reduce the recurrence rate.
