Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Pancreatitis With Liver-gallbladder Damp-heat Type By Clearing Liver-gallbladder And Dredging Bowel

Objective: By observing the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with chronic pancreatitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder treated with the method of clearing liver,benefiting gallbladder and dredging internal organs,and analyzing the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder and the compatibility basis of self-made decoction,the effectiveness and mechanism of its prescription and method are explored,which proves that this method is an effective method for clinical treatment of chronic pancreatitis of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder,and can lay a foundation for future research of Chinese patent medicine for treating chronic pancreatitis.Methods: 60 cases of chronic pancreatitis with damp-heat of liver and gallbladder were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group were divided into 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine self-made decoction guided by the treatment method of clearing liver,promoting bile flow and relieving internal organs,while the control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine Qingyi Lidan Granule.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.During this period,the curative effect,symptoms,signs and correlation of the two groups were recorded and observed.According to the situation,the composition of self-made decoction was adjusted,and its adverse reactions were recorded.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect rate was summarized.result:In this study,a total of 60 patients with chronic pancreatitis of liver and gallbladder damp-heat type were included,and 56 cases were actually completed,including 28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients were slowed down and improved,of which the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,with 3 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective.In the control group,the total effective rate was 78.57%,with 0 cases cured,6 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective and 6cases ineffective.The symptoms of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Among them,abdominal pain,hypochondriac pain,dry mouth and bitter mouth among the main symptoms of TCM were p<0.05 after treatment,and the same P <0.05 was found among the sub-syndromes of TCM.The statistical results of the two groups are significantly different,indicating that the two groups have obvious effects on improving the primary and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment group is obviously better than the control group.In laboratory examination,urine amylase,blood amylase,serum lipase,blood sugar and blood lipid were significantly improved,especially urine amylase and serum lipase(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: In this observation,the method of clearing liver,promoting bile flow and dredging internal organs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pancreatitis with damp-heat in liver and gallbladder,and can also effectively improve the serum amylase and hematuria amylase of patients.Therefore,this method has a good clinical application prospect.
