Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Qinggan Lidan Tongfu Therapy In Treatment With Syndrome Of Liver-gallbladder Dampness-heat Pattern Of Chronic Cholecystitis Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effects in treating chronic cholecystitis patients with liver-gallbladder dampness-heat pattern by applying Qinggan lidan tongfu therapy.Methods:In this clinical study,44 cases of outpatients whose syndrome met the inclusion criteria,and they were treated by traditional Chinese medicine with Qinggan lidan tongfu therapy.All the medicines were provided by the Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Taking it two times a day,each 150ml(bag),30 minutes after the meal warm clothing,1 dose daily.This study was a clinical observation on the symptoms and sign of the patients before and after the treatment.The course of the treatment was 4 weeks.Indicators were recorded and analyzed before and after the treatment.Results:After the end of this study,there were 41 cases of patients who finished the treatment.The total curative effective rate of TCM syndrome was 90.24%.Before treatment and after treatment,the TCM syndromes scores were greatly different,which was statistically significant.Before and after the treatment,the integral comparison of single syndromes and sign were different markedly,which was statistically significant.And single syndromes and sign were as follows:right flank pain,oral dryness and bittterness,nausea and vomitting,body heavy and sleepiness,abdominal distention,pain shoulder,scanty yellow urine,dry stool or discomforting evacuation,right epigastric tenderness.Conclusions:1.Qinggan lidan tongfu therapy can significantly improve symptoms of chronic cholecystitis patients with liver-gallbladder dampness-heat pattern.2.Qinggan lidan tongfu therapy can improve the sign of chronic cholecystitis patients with liver-gallbladder dampness-heat pattern significantly.
