Dampness Qinggan Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Clinical Observation Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency And Damp Heat Syndrome Type

Objective:To observe the effects of Qinggan dampness detoxification Decoction on chronic viral hepatitis (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and damp heat accumulation type) with DNA and the changes of clinical symptoms, and to investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic viral heptatitis.Methods:The resource of the patients were derived in 2015 March 24-2016 at the end of January during Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of liver spleen and stomach department outpatient treated patients included a total of 45 cases. All patients were confirmed by the Western diagnostic criteria of diagnosis for chronic viral hepatitis B, by TCM syndrome differentiation for liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome type. Age between 18-45 years old, male or female, before entering the group have been diagnosed for hepatitis patients and HBV-DNA content determination between the 1.0E+04-1.0E+07. Before seeing a doctor within six months of not taking antiviral drugs, and transaminase continued to increase, higher than the 2-3 times the normal value.The treatment lasted 3 months, up 1 times every 2 weeks, every month a review of DNA content. During the treatment, not eat spicy, cold, greasy, spicy food, ban drink coffee, alcohol and tobacco and tea, pay attention to rest, and stop taking other may influence the clinical observation of any drug. After treatment, the HBV-DNA content in each phase of treatment was compared with the treatment, and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Results:1. After treatment, the symptom score was significantly lower than that of the previous treatment, and there was a difference between the treatment and the previous stage (P< 0.05).2.After treatment, the virus content was significantly lower than the previous treatment stage, and there was a difference between the previous stage and treatment (P< 0.05).3. There were no significant adverse reactions and side effects during the treatment period. There were 5 patients in the treatment period because of the lack of clinical observation.Conclusions:1.Qinggan dampness detoxification Decoction can inhibit HBV replication and reduce the amount of virus.2.Qinggan dampness detoxification Decoction can improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
