purpose :To explore the clinical efficacy of clear pancreatic soup on liver injury intervention in acute pancreatitis.Material and method:68 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital(Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from June 2021 to December 2022 and meeting the inclusion criteria were collected. The 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in both groups received conventional treatment with Western medicine, and the observation group added clear pancreatic soup on the basis of the control group. Then, the points of abdominal pain, recovery time of blood amylase, mean length of stay, serum ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,GGT,indexes were observed in both groups.Detailed observed index data were recorded and statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software.Consults:1.A total of 60 patients completed the trial. The age, sex, inflammation index and hematuria amylase index of the two groups were compared before the treatment, and there was no statistically significant difference.2.After 7d of treatment, the response rate of the observation group was 93.33% and 73.33%,and the control group was significantly better than the control group(p <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.After the end of the treatment, the observation group significantly reduced the hospital stay longer than the control group(p <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment, the amylase recovery time in the observation group p was shorter than0.05.5.After the end of treatment, the total response rate of the observation group was 96.67%and the control group was 75.00%,and the response rate was better than the control group(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.6.The indicators of hepatic function between the two groups were compared: the observation group was better than that of the control group(p <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Clear pancreatic soup has obvious therapeutic effect on acute pancreatitis and liver injury, and can shorten the treatment time compared with conventional treatment in western medicine.. |
