Objective:To observe and objectively assess the clinical efficacy of Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy combined with eye acupoint massage in the treatment of dry eye with lung yin deficiency,so as to provide a new comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of dry eye with lung yin deficiency. Methods:A total of 60 dry eye patients with lung-yin deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy combined with acupoint massage;the control group was given Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy. The two groups of patients were treated for 4weeks,at the same time, the Schirmer I test(SIT),break-up time of tear film(BUT),fluorescein staining(FL),ocular surface disease index(OSDI)and TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:1.The general data(gender, age, course of disease)and various indicators(SIT,BUT,FL,OSDI,TCM symptoms scores)of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The SIT,BUT,FL,OSDI scores of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group had better effect.3.The TCM symptoms scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms scores.4.After treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated for efficacy. The total effective rate in the control group was 81.5%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.0%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy,Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy combined with acupoint massage both have obvious therapeutic effect on dry eye with lung yin deficiency. They can both promote the secretion of tears, maintain the stability of tear film, reduce ocular surface inflammation, and improve the TCM symptoms scores of patients.2.The therapeutic effect of Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy combined with acupoint massage on dry eye patients with deficiency of lung yin is more significant than that of Qingxuan Runmu Yin internal and external therapy.
