Clinical Study Of Qingxuan Runmu Decoction Combinded With Scraping In The Treatment Of Aqueous Deficient Dry Eye (Lung Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Qingxuan Runmu decoction combined with scraping therapy on OSDI,TCM symptom score,SIT,BUT and FL of water deficiency dry eye(lung yin deficiency syndrome).Method: 108 cases of dry eye(lung yin deficiency syndrome)with water deficiency were selected from the ophthalmology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2020 to November 2021.The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups with 36 cases in each group.In the control group 1,the addition and subtraction of Qingxuan Runmu Decoction were taken orally,one dose per day,300 ml of water decoction,and warm taken in the morning and evening;Control group 2 was treated with scraping 4 times a week;The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Qingxuan Runmu decoction,one dose per day,decoction of 300 ml,warm clothing in the morning and evening,combined with scraping treatment,4 times a week.The course of treatment of the three treatment schemes was 4 weeks.Osdi,TCM symptom score,sit,but and fl of the three groups were recorded before and after treatment.Statistics and analysis were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingxuan Runmu decoction combined with scraping in the treatment of water deficiency dry eye(lung yin deficiency syndrome).Result:1.A total of 108 patients(216 eyes)were collected in this study,12 patients(24eyes)fell off,and 96 patients(192 eyes)were actually included.2.Various indexes before treatment: there was no significant difference in age,gender,OSDI score,TCM symptom score,SIT,BUT,FL score among the three groups(P > 0.05).3.Indicators after treatment:(1)Subjective indicators: the OSDI score and TCM symptom score of the three groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the OSDI score(12.25 ± 7.079,17.99 ± 7.490,22.71 ±7.327)of the treatment group was better than that of the two control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(6.55 ± 3.977,9.82 ± 3.852,12.07±2.753)in the treatment group were better than those in the two control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Objective indexes: the scores of SIT,BUT and FL in the three groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the SIT score(9.42 ± 2.678mm/5min,7.77 ± 2.332mm/5min,6.53 ±2.038mm/5min)of the treatment group was better than the two control groups,and the control group 1 was better than the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,BUT scores(8.77 ± 2.665 s,7.15 ± 2.368 s,6.02 ± 2.071s)in the treatment group were better than those in the two control groups.Control group 1 was better than control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the FL score of the treatment group(0.85 ± 1.292,1.42 ± 1.348,1.82 ± 1.408)was better than that of the two control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P > 0.05).4.Total effective rate: the three groups were 90.91%,78.79% and 73.33%respectively.The treatment group was better than the two control groups,and the control group 1 was better than the control group 2.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Qingxuan Runmu decoction combined with scraping therapy,oral Qingxuan Runmu Decoction alone and scraping therapy alone have clinical effects on patients with dry eye of water deficiency type(lung yin deficiency syndrome).2.Qingxuan Runmu decoction combined with scraping therapy can reduce OSDI score,reduce TCM syndrome score,increase SIT,prolong BUT and improve FL.the effect is better than oral Qingxuan Runmu Decoction and scraping therapy alone.3.Oral Qingxuan Runmu Decoction alone can reduce OSDI score,reduce TCM syndrome score,increase SIT and prolong BUT,and the effect is better than that of simple scraping therapy.4.Oral Qingxuan Runmu Decoction and scraping therapy can improve FL,and there is no significant difference between them.
