The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin Therapy In The Treatment Of Aqueous Tear Deficiency

Objective:Through standardized research,to summarize the integration of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin therapy in the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency(ATD),investigate the exact curative effectMethods:60 patients of aqueous tear deficiency are investigated with A randomized,parallel design,divided into three groups with 20 cases each.Acupuncture group (control group 1):by use of acupuncture alone. Chinese medicine group (control group 2):by use of traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin alone. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine group (treatment group):acupuncture group and medicine group combined. Three groups are 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after the treatment,the patients are observed and evaluated in terms of symptom score,SIT,BUT,Corneal staining, main symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine and the results were statistically analyzed by superiority test.Result:1. Three groups of patients before and after treatment symptom score,SIT,BUT,Corneal staining, main symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine were improved and was statistically significant (P<0.05),except there was no significant difference in the control group 1 conjunctival hyperemia slightly than treatment. There were very significant differences in the treatment group (P<0.01).2. In terms of symptom scores, the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,the treatment group is better than the two control group (P<0.01). Treatment group compared with control group 1, control group 2, it is statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).3.In terms of BUT test, the difference between the three groups before and after treatment, there was no statistically differencet (P> 0.05). Treatment group compared with control group 1, it is not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Treatment group compared with the control group2, it is statistical significance (P<0.05). Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).4. In terms of corneal staining, the difference between the three groups before and after treatment, the treatment group is better than the two control group (P<0.05).Treatment group compared with control group 1 is statistical significance (P<0.05).Treatment group compared with the control group 2 is not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).5.In terms of Schirmer test, the difference between the three groups before and after treatment, the treatment group is better than the two control group(P<0.05). Treatment group compared with control group 1, control group 2, it is statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).6.In terms of main symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine.The difference between the three groups before and after treatment of dry eye symptoms, the treatment group is better than the two control group(P<0.05). Treatment group compared with control group 2, it is statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group compared with control group 1, it is not statistically significant (P<0.05).Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was no significance difference between the three groups before and after treatment of not lasting vision symptoms (P> 0.05).The difference between the three groups before and after treatment of conjunctival hyperemia slightly, the treatment group is better than the two control group(P<0.05). Treatment group compared with control group 1, control group 2, it is statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).7.Through the correlation analysis of the efficacy, the total efficiency of the treatment group is 95%,group 1 is 70% and group 2 is 80%(P<0.01), it was statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin,acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin therapy in the treatment of ATD, in reducing the symptoms and extend the break-up time, promote tear secretion and reduce ocular surface inflammation have a certain effect.2.In terms of main symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin efficacy advantage.Traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin can relieve the symptoms of conjunctival hyperemia and not lasting vision.Acupuncture can relieve dry eye symptoms.3.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin significantly more effective than acupuncture and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin, and traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin is superior to acupuncture.
