Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Wenfei Zhiliu Dan Combined With Acupoint Massage In The Treatment Of Chronic Biyuan Caused By Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with deficiency-cold of Lung-qi.Methods: 70 patients with chronic sinusitis with deficiency-cold of Lung-qi who met the inclusion and diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=35)was treated with modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan combined with acupoint massage of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM);the control group(n=35)was treated with modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan alone.For 4 weeks,the difference of Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of disease severity and TCM syndrome quantitative scores was compared between the two groups.Results: Before treatment,the baseline data of age,course of disease and gender of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:observation group: clinical effective in 32 cases,,invalid in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 91.43%;control group: clinical effective in26 cases,invalid in 9 cases,the total effective rate was 74.29%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores of disease severity: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome quantitative scores:(1)comparison of TCM syndrome total scores between the two groups: there was no significant difference in the total scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the total scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,there was no significant difference in the total scores of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the total scores of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome integral groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased.After 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups had statistical significance in nasal obstruction,olfactory disturbance,dizziness head bilges,cough and phlegm(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups had statistical significance in nasal obstruction,olfactory disturbance,nasal signs were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM syndromes integral groups in the observation group: after treatment,the scores of each syndrome decreased,and there was no statistical significance in the aspects of spontaneous sweating,fear of wind,pale complexion and low voice after 2weeks of treatment(P>0.05),the differences in other symptoms and nasal signs were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the differences in all symptoms and nasal signs were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM syndromes integral groups in the control group: after treatment,the scores of all syndromes decreased,and there was no statistical significance in pale complexion and low voice after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),and the differences in other symptoms and nasal signs were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the differences in all symptoms and nasal signs were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with deficiency-cold of Lung-qi can better improve the symptoms and nasal signs of patients,with definite clinical effect,which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.The clinical effect of modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan combined with acupoint massage is better than that of modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan alone,and it is also better than that of modified Wenfei Zhiliu Dan alone in improving nasal obstruction,olfactory disturbance,nasal signs,dizziness head bilges,cough and phlegm.
