Clinical Qingxuan Runmu Yin Projects Inside And Outside With The Treatment Of Dry Eye After Lasik

Objective:Qingxuan Runmu Yin oral treatment combined with traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation,to evaluate the clinical effect of Ocular Surface Disease Index,TCM Symptom Score,Tear film break-up time,fluorescein staining and Tear secretion test,Schirmer I test on dry eye after LASIK,and explore the mechanism of action.Methods:In this study,160 eyes of 80 dry eye patients(160 eyes),including 40 mild dry eye patients and 80 severe dry eye patients(80 eyes),were selected by randomized control method,both eyes were used for data analysis.According to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into mild dry eye group and control group,severe dry eye group and control group.The treatment group was given Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with fumigation of eyes on the basis of Control Group,the control group was treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops(Andrea De Cruz),0.1%flomelane eye drops(flumetone)and 0.5% Levofloxacin eye drops(clomiphene),the changes of Osdi,TCM symptom score,TBUT and SIT were observed and evaluated by SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software at 1 week and 1 month after operation.Results:1.OSDI,TBUT and SIT in the four groups were improved after 3 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the mild group and the severe group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;The effect of Treatment Group was better than that of Control Group(P<0.05).2.After 3 weeks of treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups was significant in the control group(P<0.05).3.After 3 weeks of treatment,the fluorescence staining points of cornealepithelium were decreased in all four groups,which indicated that the four groups were effective in improving corneal epithelial defect.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment because the FL positive patients in the mild group were fewer and the data collection was less,which did not accord with normal distribution There was significant difference between the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the Control Group,the difference between the Severe Treatment Group and the mild treatment group was significant(P<0.05),the results showed that Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with fumigation had better effect on postoperative dry eye than that of severe treatment group.Conclusion:1.Qingxuan Runmu Yin with internal and external treatment has a good effect,can significantly improve the dry eye symptoms and signs of dry eye patients after LASIK.2.Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops(Andrea De Cruz),0.1% fluoromethyl eye drops(flumetolone)and 0.5% Levofloxacin eye drops for dry eye after LASIK can repair corneal injury and increase tear secretion,the curative effect of improving the stability of tear film was better than that of using 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops(Andrea De Cruz),0.1% flumetolone eye drops(flumetolone)and0.5% Levofloxacin eye drops,after 3 weeks of treatment,the observation index of some patients was close to the preoperative state.3.Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops(Andrea De Cruz),0.1% fluoromethyl eye drops(flumetolone)and 0.5% Levofloxacin eye drops for dry eyes after LASIK.
