| Objective: To observe and evaluate the feasibility and efficacy advantages of electronic twisting needle instrument in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: The sixty patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were divided into control groups and treatment groups,with 30 cases in each group.Head acupuncture points and body acupuncture points were the same in both groups,with the head acupuncture points selected being Baihui(GV20),2/5 in the exercise area of the healthy side,the vasoconstriction area of the healthy side,and 2/5 in the sensory area of the healthy side.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with electronic needle twisting intervention on the head needles based on conventional acupuncture.The treatment was performed 6 times a week for2 weeks.The pain Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),swelling degree score,Fugl-Meyer Score(FMA)and Shoulder Hand Syndrome Score(SHSS)were used as observation indexes,and the data were counted for the score results before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was further evaluated by comparing the degree of improvement of patients’ symptoms before and after treatment.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in terms of baseline information and scores on each scale(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.The NRS scores,swelling degree score,SHSS scores decreased and the FMA scores increased in both groups after 2 courses of treatment compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).3.A statistically significant difference(P<0.05)was found between the two groups when NRS score,swelling degree score,FMA score and SHSS score were compared between groups after 2 courses of treatment.4.The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.67% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference in efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both the electronic twister combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce pain,relieve edema,and improve upper limb motor function in patients with post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome.2.The efficacy was evaluated in terms of NRS scale,swelling degree scale,FMA scale,and SHSS scale,electronic twister combined with conventional acupuncture is obviously better than acupuncture treatment alone. |
