| Objective:Through clinical randomized controlled study,the improvement of pain and clinical symptoms of patients with early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis treated by Sanbi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate was observed,in order to optimize the clinical treatment plan of sodium hyaluronate for this disease and provide some reference materials for clinical research.Methods:In this study,66 patients with early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Fuzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The experimental group was treated with Sanbi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate,while the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate.The VAS score,WOMAC score,30-second standing test(30CST)and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.The data were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS 26.0,and the results were obtained.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,degree of illness,affected side,VAS score,WOMAC score,30-second standing test and TCM syndrome curative effect score(P>0.05).2.VAS score: after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased compared with the previous one,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decline level of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of SANBI Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate can better reduce the pain of patients.3.WOMAC score: after treatment,the WOMAC score of the two groups decreased compared with the previous one,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the decline level of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of SANBI Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate can better improve the functional activities of patients.4.30CST: after treatment,the value of 30 CST in the two groups increased compared with that before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of SANBI Decoction Combined with sodium hyaluronate can better improve the functional activities of patients.5.TCM syndrome efficacy score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome efficacy score of the two groups was lower than that of the previous group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decline level of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of SANBI decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate has an advantage in improving TCM symptoms.6.Efficacy evaluation: the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment is that of the control group(81.25%)and the experimental group(93.55%).After verification by statistical software,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,it is considered that the experimental group is better than the control group in terms of overall efficacy.After treatment,the overall curative effect of the two groups was the control group(81.25%)and the experimental group(90.32%).After verification by statistical software,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,it is considered that the experimental group is better than the control group in the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Conclusion:The improvement of pain and joint function of SANBI decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in the early and middle stage of cold dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis is better than that of sodium hyaluronate alone.The therapeutic effect is positive,which is worthy of further research and promotion. |
