Wu Fu Ma Xing Gui Jiang Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Curative Effect Observation

Objective: Wu Fu Ma Xin Gui Jiang decoction was used to treat the patients with cold dampness syndrome of knee osteoarthritis,and its clinical efficacy and safety were observed,so as to provide clinical reference for the treatment of cold dampness syndrome of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: From February 2019 to January 2020,this study collected 60 patients who were treated in the outpatient department of Dongge hospital and Xianhu hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,and were in accordance with the syndrome of cold dampness Bi obstruction of knee osteoarthritis,according to the method of random grouping,it can be divided into two groups: treatment group: 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis with syndrome differentiation of wufumaxingguijiang Decoction;control group: 30 cases with syndrome differentiation of knee osteoarthritis with syndrome differentiation of cold dampness Bi obstruction with Imrecoxib tablet.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before treatment,the general basic condition,pain visual simulation score(VAS score),WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated.After two weeks and four weeks of treatment,the pain visual simulation score(VAS score),WOMAC score and TCM syndrome efficacy score of the two groups were followed up,and the data were recorded.Through spss20.0 to analyze and process the data,take the corresponding test methods,and make the final evaluation according to the test results.Results:1.60 cases were included in this study,which were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.There were no excluded and excluded cases in the study process,and 60 cases were completed in total.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,pathological location,age,course of disease,body mass index,VAS score before treatment,WOMC score before treatment and TCM syndrome before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Two weeks after treatment: the VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment: the VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score and TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05).The WOMAC score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Analysis of the total clinical efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% in 8 cases,20 cases and 2 cases,respectively;the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3% in 16 cases,9 cases and 5 cases,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Wu Fu Ma Xin g Gui Jiang decoction can effectively relieve knee pain and improve knee function,and has no adverse reactions.It is a good,safe and low side effect treatment scheme,which is worth clinical application.
