| Objective: To investigate the theoretical basis and feasibility of osteoarthritis(OA)for the treatment of Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction and the clinical efficacy and safety of evaluation Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).To provide a theoretical basis for further screening of Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction and treating OA of traditional Chinese medicine research.Methods: 1.Theoretical research: accessing to relevant literature to analysis the theory and prescription compatibility relations of Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction to treat osteoarthritis(OA);2.Clinical research: through randomized,open and randomized controlled study,72 cases of type of type of Liver-Kidney Qi and blood Deficiency of patients with KOA was assigned as treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases),randomly.Using Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction and Jinwugutong capsule for 8 weeks,respectively.Then to observe the effect of two groups of KOA patients with joint pain,swelling,joint activities,morning stiffness,joint function and TCM syndrome integral,Michel Lequesen index,WOMAC score,ESR,CRP and liver and kidney function index.Results:1.Theoretical study shows: Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction have a reasonable compatibility rigorous which starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of OA combining the disease and syndrome of differentiation.2.In comparison before and after treatment,comparison of two groups of effective rates of therapeutic effect of syndrome and curative effect,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Both total effective rates of therapeutic effect of syndrome and curative effect were 93.94%,control group were 70.59%.In comparison before and after treatment,both groups can improve TCM syndromes integration,joint pain,swelling,joint activities,morning stiffness and joint function,and Michel Lequesen,WOMAC index(P<0.01).Joint pain,joint swelling and joint activities adversely,Michel Lequesen index,WOMAC index contrast between the two groups,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Morning stiff time differences between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndromes integration joint pain,joint swelling,joint activities adversely,WOMAC,Michel Lequesen indices were significantly improved of two groups(P<0.01),improved time of morning stiffness(P<0.05);TCM syndromes integration,joint pain,joint activities,and joint function,and WOMAC index contrast between the two groups,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Michel Lequesen index in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);oint swelling and morning stiffness of the time between the two groups,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).During the study,treatment of aceclofenac tablets to take dosage and number less than the control group,the use of terms,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,two sets of joint function after treatment than before treatment were significantly improved,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,two groups of ESR,CRP had no statistical significance(P>0.05).During the study,the two groups with no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.During the study,two groups of complete blood count,liver function,kidney function,electrocardiogram,routine stool,urine tests showed no adverse effects.Conclusion: 1.Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of osteoarthritis.2.Huang Qi Jisheng Decoction can improve KOA(type of liver-kidney Qi and blood deficiency)joint pain in patients,swelling,joint activities,morning stiffness time,joint function,Michel index Lequesen,WOMAC score.It is a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of OA,and it is worthy of further study and extensive application. |
