| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lishuizhuyu Decoction combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in middle stages,and to seek the basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Select 30 cases of patients with middle-staged knee osteoarthritis,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,15 cases in each group respectively.Treatment group using living by arthroscopy combined with Lishuizhuyu Decoction,the control group using the arthroscopic treatment alone.Patients in the treatment group need be treated with Lishuizhuyu Decoction 2 courses continuously,twice a day,14 days for a course of treatment.Record the VAS scores of Two groups of patients with postoperative of 3 days,2 weeks,1 month,3 months,and 6 months,The Lysholm score and the effective rate of clinical treatment were recorded in the two groups of patients on 3 months and 6 months after surgery.Result:The VAS score of the treatment group was difference from that of the control group on postoperative of 3 days(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups on postoperative of 3 months and 6 months(P>0.05).There were differences in Lysholm scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups on postoperative of 3 months(P<0.05).There were also differences in Lysholm scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups on postoperative of 6 months(P<0.05)Conclusion:Treatment of knee osteoarthritis in middle period with Lishuizhuyu Decoction combined with arthroscopy can provide more satisfactory clinical effect than arthroscopic treatment alone.Lishuizhuyu Decoction can reduce the patient's postoperative pain and impove the function of the knee.The herbs in the decoction are all commonly used,without rare and expensive herbs.Lishuizhuyu Decoction can be widely used in clinical and treated knee osteoarthritis in middle stages with arthroscopy. |
