| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis hypothyroidism of Qi deficiency type,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Method s:Collect 72 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis hypothyroidism of Qi deficiency.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.On the basis of lifestyle interventions,according to thyroid function and self condition,the control group was treated with youjiale,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.The changes of TCM syndrome score,thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid autoantibody titer(TGAb,TPOAb)and thyroid Bultrasound(thickness of left and right thyroid lobes and isthmus)were observed before and after treatment.Evaluate and compare the safety of treatment between the two groups.Use SPSS24.0 to statistically analyze the index date.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:the TCM syndr ome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly red uced(P<0.01),and the syndrome curative effect was 8 8.24%in the treatment group and 5 8.82%in the control group.The treatment gro up was better than the control group(P<0.0 1);2.Comparison of thyr oid function:after treatment,the levels of FT3 and FT4 in the two g roups increased,and the levels of TSH decreased(P<0.05);3.Compa rison of thyroid autoantibody titers:after treatment,the titers of TG Ab and TPOAb antibodies in the two groups decreased in varying d egrees(P<0.05),and the difference in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.01);4.Comparison of thyroid size:there was no signif icant difference in the thickness of left and right thyroid lobes and isthmus between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);5.Safety indicators:during the observation period of this subject,th ere were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism of Hashimoto thyroiditis of qi deficiency type can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of mental fatigue,less Qi and lazy speech,abdominal distension,poor appetite,loose stool and so on,improve thyroid function and reduce the level of thyroid antibody.And the safety of treatment is well. |
