The Observe The Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Xiaoying Mixture In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Xiaoying mixture in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis associated with hypothyroidism. And combined with modern medicine to explore traditional Chinese medicine modern pharmacological mechan ism and clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicin ecombined with treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with hypothyr oidism provides new ideas.Methods:Will bridge of 60 cases of Hashimotos thyroiditis complicated with thyroid hypofunction patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 30 cases in each, the control group were given treatment of levothyr oxine(L-T4), treatment group given Yiqi Xiaoying mixture combine d with euthyr ox treatment, treatment for 3 months, observed in patients with clinical symptoms, thyroid function, thyroid ultrason ography, Tlymphocyte subpopulation changes were statistically analyzed.Results:The clinical results showed that after treatment,the treatme nt group and the control group according to the integrated effect of the two groups,the total effective rate of treatment group 90%, control group total ef fectiveness 73.33%, the treatment group than the con trol group(P<0.05); the two groups after treatment than before symptoms were decreased, the treatment group and control group comparison statistical signif icance(P<0.05); therapeutic efficacy in improving clinical symptoms, thyroid function, thyroidultraso nography,Tlymphocyte subsets in patients with Hashimoto disease with combination of TCM and Western me dicine is better than the control group(P<0.05); safety index observed obvious change blood routine, urine routine, stool routine,liver and kidney function, ECG were not found.Show that Yiqi jiedu Xiaoying mixture has good safety.Conclusion:Yiqijiedu Xiaoying mixture combined with euthyrox the rapy for Hashimoto with hypothyroidism has significant clinical effect, and can improve the function of thyroid function and Tlym phocyte subsets imbalance, has a good value in clinical research.
