Clinical Observation Of Shugan Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism

Objective: Observation of Jianpi Shugan Xiaoying Decoction Combined with euthyrox clinical curative effect in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type bridge the Hashimotos thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism, and combined with modern medicine to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: clinical diagnosis to bridge the Hashimotos thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(group B), control group(a group), group B(30 cases), giving Shugan Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction Combined with euthyrox treatment; 30 patients in group A, give actor armour happy treatment 4 weeks for a course of treatment for 12 weeks. All patients before and after the experiment:(1) the levels of thyroid hormone and TPOAb and TGAb;(2)about thyroid lobe and isthmus thickness;(3) CD4(10), CD8(10), CD4(10)/ CD8(10) level;(4)TCM syndrome integral, and the comprehensive efficacy assessment.(5)The blood routine, liver function, renal function and other safety indicators.Result: Comparison of the two groups before treatment, no significant differences in age, gender, disease duration, thyroid hormone levels, TPOAb, TGAb titer level, thyroid lobes and isthmus thickness, CD4(10), CD8(10), CD4(10)/ CD8(10)level and TCM syndrome score, P(29)0.05, comparable; after treatment comparison comparison: the integrated effect of the two groups, B group, the total efficiency of 96.7%; A group, the total efficiency of 83.3%, the total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group, P<0.05; the two groups symptoms were lower than before treatment, the curative effect is better than that of A group B group, P<0.05; B group in the improvement of thyroid hormone(FT4, TSH) level, TPOAb,TGAb titers, thyroid lobes and isthmus thickness, CD4(10), CD4(10)/ CD8(10)level was significantly better than group A, P<0.05; safety index before treatment showed no obvious change.Conclusion: Shuganjianpi Xiaoying Decoction and euthyrox treatment curative effect of bridge's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism, which deserves further discussion.
