Clinical Study Of Modified Yiqi Congming Decoction Combined With Levothyroxine Sodium In Thetreatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis And Hypothyroidism

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Yiqi Congming Decoction in the treatment of Hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and provide clinical basis.Methods From the First Hospital of Hu Nan University of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group with30 cases in each group.Excluding 2 cases in the therapy group and 1 case in the control group,57 cases were actually completed,including 28 cases in the therapy group There were 29 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium.The therapy group was given levothyroxine sodium tablets and Modified Yiqicongming decoction orally.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.Thyroid function,anti thyroid autoantibody level and anti thyroid autoantibody level were compared between the two groups.The changes of TCM symptoms and other indicators and adverse reactions after taking the medicine are comprehensively evaluated for its clinical efficacy and safety.Results1.Comparing the general situation of the treatment group and the control group,including gender and age distribution,it was found that there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The effective rate of remission was compared between the two groups.The results showed that the therapy group was 85.71%,while the control group was 62.07%,the therapy group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The results showed that the effective rate of TCM syndrome integral in the therapy group was 85.71%,but the effective rate of the control group was 55.17%,the therapy group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical symptoms: after treatment,it was found that the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After statistical analysis,the degree of decline in the therapy group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).5.Comparison of thyroid function:After treatment,FT3 and FT4 decreased and TSH increased in both groups(P<0.05).But the therapy group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).(P<0.05).6.Comparison of anti-thyroid autoantibodies: Anti-thyroid autoantibodies(ATPO,ATG)were not significantly improved in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),and anti-thyroid autoantibodies(ATPO,ATG)in the therapy group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),The effect of the therapy group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After 8 weeks of treatment can be concluded that Modified Yiqicongming Yiqi Congming Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium can improve the thyroid function of patients with with hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto’s thyroid,reduce the level of thyroid antibody titer,and significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients.It is safe and has no adverse reactions,and the efficacy is better than the use of levothyroxine Sodium tablets.
