| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wupi Qufeng Kangmin decoction combined with cupping at Shenque acupoint in the treatment of chronic urticaria(spleen deficiency wefness type).Methods: 120 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group 1(n=40),treatment group 2(n=40)and control group(n=40).In the course of clinical observation,a total of 5 cases fell off,the actual number of completed cases was 38 cases in the treatment group 1,39 cases in the treatment group 2 and 38 cases in the control group.Treatment group 1 was treated with Wupi Qufeng Kangmin decoction combined with Shenque acupoint cupping,treatment group 2 was treated with Wupi Qufeng Kangmin decoction,and control group was treated with ebastin combined with ranitidine hydrochloride.The scores of skin lesions and pruritus,the total scores of skin lesions and pruritus,and TCM syndromes were recorded before and after treatment.The improvement of symptoms and signs in the three groups was observed,and the clinical efficacy of the three treatment regimens was evaluated.After 14 days of treatment,the skin lesions and pruritus scores and recurrence of the three groups were recorded,and the long-term efficacy of the three treatments was evaluated.Results:1.Symptoms and signs:there were significant differences in symptoms and signs between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in skin lesion and pruritus score and total score between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,treatment group 1 and control group(P<0.05).TCM syndromes were different between treatment group 1 and control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the improvement of skin lesions and pruritus was used as the evaluation index of curative effect.In treatment group 1,13 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.11%.In the treatment group 2,6 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.05%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.95%.The total effective rate of the three groups was significantly different among the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between treatment group 2 and control group(P>0.05).3.Long-term curative effect:14 days after treatment,2 cases in treatment group 1 had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.67%,4 cases in treatment group 2 had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 20.00%,and 7 cases in control group had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 41.18%.There was significant difference in recurrence rate between treatment group 1 and control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Wupi Qufeng Kangmin decoction combined with Shenque acupoint cupping can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria patients with spleen deficiency wefness type.2.Wupi Qufeng Kangmin decoction combined with Shenque acupoint cupping is a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria with spleen deficiency wefness type. |
