Clinical Observation On Urticaria Zaocys Dhumnades Huoxue Qufeng Decoction In Treating Urticaria Due To Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis

Objective:To explore the clinical observation of Zaocys dhumnades HuoXueQuFeng decoction in the treatment of urticaria due to cold coagulation and blood stasis.Method:1.Source of cases:all the patients who entered the group were diagnosed as chronic urticaria in the Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,with the diagnosis of chronic urticaria,and the TCM syndrome differentiation was cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group and the control group,the two groups of 50 patients each,the two groups of patients in the sex,age,and the course of the disease were not statistically significant(P>0.05),with comparability.2.Treatment methods:in the treatment group,the patients were treated with Zaocys dhumnades HuoXueQuFeng decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,decocted by the hospital pharmacy,decocted 300ml per dose of water,two bags of 150ml,1 doses per day,one bag each time,2 times in warm clothes,and the control group was given the western medicine Ebastine Tablets,1 times 10mg,once a day.Go to bed before going to bed.The two groups were treated before taking medicine,2 weeks after taking medicine,4 weeks after taking medicine and 2 weeks after withdrawal.3.Statistical analysis method:using Fisher 's direct probability method and Wilcoxon sign rank sum test verification,the results were as follows:11 cases were cured,31 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were invalid in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.5%.The number of recurrences was 18 cases.In the control group,1 cases were cured,33 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.3%.The number of recurrences was 32.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were compared with the total effective and recurrence rate of the control group,and there were significant differences and statistical significance.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Zaocys dhumnades HuoXueQuFeng decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).2.Zaocys dhumnades HuoXueQuFeng decoction is a safe and effective prescription for treating chronic urticaria(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).
