Correlation Study Of Fundus Atheroscierosis And Recurrent Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the correlation of fundus atheroscierosis and recurrent cerebral infarction.Methods Total 105 cases which were cerebral infarction patients or healthy peoples who at the same time can complete the ophthalmoscope photographic check were collected from 2016.01.01 to 2016.05.31 in department of neurology,Jiangnan Hospital Affiliated Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.The total 105 cases can be divided into incipient cerebral infarction group(36 cases),recurrent cerebral infarction group(35 cases)and normal control group(34 cases).The general clinical datas and the degrees of fundus arteriosclerosis of the three groups were analyzed.Results ① In the recurrent cerebral infarction group,the incidences of hypertension,diabetes,heart disease were higher than in the primary cerebral infarction group and normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05=.In the primary cerebral infarction group,incidences of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and total cholesterol(TC)were higher than that in normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the recurrent cerebral infarction group,incidences of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and total cholesterol(TC)were higher than that in normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the recurrent cerebral infarction group,total cholesterol(TC)higher than that in the primary cerebral infarction group,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)②In recurrent cerebral infarction group,the incidences of eyeground arteriosclerosis disease at all levels were higher than that in primary cerebral infarction group and normal control group,which the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).③Logistic regression analysis showed that the probability of recurrence of cerebral infarction in patients who with fundus artery copper wire was 27.273 times than that of patients who with no fundus artery copper wire.(OR=27.273,95%CI:3.165～235.024).④Logistic regression analysis showed that high blood pressure,diabetes is an independent factors of fundus atheroscierosis(OR=18.013,95%CI:3.890～83.402;OR=8.083,95%CI:1.232～53.019).Conclusion There exists a correlation between fundus atheroscierosis and recurrent cerebral infarction.
