objective:To explore the middle and older adults recurrence cerebral infarction etiology distribution and its risk factors. Methods:retrospective analysis recurrence and new-onset of patients with cerebral infarction 218 cases (age> 45 years old), the imaging and clinical signs and other etiology checking to make sure the clinical data of diagnosis, based on TOAST classification standards, determine the patients, and Logistic type subordinate points regression statistical methods analyzing the main risk factors. Results:The two groups of patients TOAST classification constitution is, recrudescent group case group center source sex cerebral embolism 27 cases (28.42%), including pure atrial fibrillation (19 cases), trouble rheumatic heart disease and atrial fibrillation,5 cases. Aortic atherosclerotic cerebral infarction 37 cases (34.74%), of lacunar cerebral infarction 26 cases (27.37%), other clear etiology of stroke in 3 patients (3.2%), including high pour-point state,1 case of systemic lupus erythematosus,1 case tumor stroke,1 case unexplained ischaemic stroke 9 (9.5%). New-onset group case group center source sex cerebral embolism 19 patients (15.45%), including pure af 13 cases of rheumatism sex heart disease and 3 cases of atrial fibrillation, rheumatic heart disease (3). Aortic atherosclerotic cerebral infarction 34 cases (27.64%), of lacunar cerebral infarction in 40 cases (32.52%), other clear etiology of stroke in 8 cases (6.5%), including arteritis,3 patients with blood diseases, unexplained ischaemic stroke 17 cases (13.82%). Conclusion:recurrence cerebral infarction etiology points XingXin source sex atherosclerotic arteries cerebral embolism and high proportion of cerebral infarction. Risk factors for diabetes mellitus, carotid atherosclerotic plaque, high fibrinogen atrial fibrillation, exposure rate is high.
