Nowadays, the Chinese economy is transforming into the high-quality development phase, the insufficient development of agriculture and countryside is one of the major manifestations of the current "structural" conflicts.Due to the cumulative environmental and ecological damage resulting from agriculture in the past, quality agriculture development driven by green TFP has become an inevitable requirement for the highquality development of the national economy. The productivity effect of infrastructure and the productivity effect of foreign trade are two important factors that affect total factor productivity.Transportation infrastructure is an important basis and carrier for trade, exchange and factor flow.Agricultural products import and export is an important way for international agricultural technology spillover and meeting residents’ needs. Therefore,In the context of expanding foreign trade and persistent deficit,it is feasible to study the relationship between infrastructure, trade and GTFP in agriculture in the context of China’s specific situation, which is of practical significance to better meet the demand for agricultural consumption, reasonably promote infrastructure construction and optimising trade structures for high-quality agricultural development. This document includes agricultural carbon emissions as undesirable output in the framework for measuring agricultural TFP,measures agricultural green total factor productivity growth index for 30 provinces in mainland China excluding Tibet from 2000-2020 based on Directional SBM Malmquist-L global covariates, decomposes it into agricultural technology progress index and technology efficiency index;and analyze the status quo of Chinese Green Total Factor Production, road infrastructure and agricultural products import and export;on this basis, the PVAR model is used to test the interaction of transport infrastructure, agricultural products import and export and high-quality agricultural development from 2001 to 2020.The analysis results show that:(1)Green TFP of Chinese agriculture depends on its own factors to affect development, and technical efficiency is the core factor limiting current growth, with weak feedback on transportation infrastructure, agricultural products import and export.(2)The import and export of agricultural products and the transport infrastructure are the important factors that affect the agricultural green TFP,the long term positive effect of transport infrastructure on GTFP is due to the advancement of agricultural technology;agricultural products export produces weak promotion and hindrance effects with different lags, and shows a stronger promotion effect on agricultural technology progress in general;agricultural products import is favorable in the short term to green total factor productivity growth in agriculture, where the weak favorable impact on technical efficiency in the short term.(3)Transportation infrastructure is generally favorable to agricultural products import and export and agricultural green total factor productivity growth. On the basis of the above analysis and considering the concrete situation in China, the author suggests that the four sides should be brought into play, including government, enterprises, farmers and experts,to improve the level of rural organization, strengthen rural roads and coordinate the improvement of agricultural markets,so as to promote the positive circulation of the three factors, improve the agricultural quality.
