Agriculture is a firm support for the survival and development of mankind,the cornerstone for the development of other industries,the driving force for the optimization of the economic structure,and the foundation for the development of the country.Today,when all countries pursue environmental sustainability,advocate the development of low-carbon economy,carry out agricultural ecological civilization construction and carry out intensive quantification of production factors,green health has become the consensus of people,and the development of green agriculture has become the necessary choice to carry out ecological civilization transformation construction and alleviate agricultural environmental pollution.How to overcome non-point source pollution and recessive pollution in agricultural production links,make the key proposition of "strong agriculture",the leading industry,more in line with the concept of green agricultural development,and make agricultural production links to create more standard quality agricultural products has become an important aspect to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In addition,the inputs of capital,labor force,land and other total factors in each link of agricultural production in Shanxi province,as well as the resource consumables such as agricultural drugs,plastic film and diesel oil produced by chemical enterprises are used in each link of agricultural production,which brings some undesired output effects.Based on the above considerations,the transformation and green development of agriculture in Shanxi Province has become an urgent need.By calculating the carbon emission generated in the agricultural elements,this paper studied and measured the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of agriculture in Shanxi Province,with the purpose of providing ideas and research value for exploring the green development of agriculture in Shanxi Province.Based on the important area of Yellow River agricultural civilization,coal production and dry-farming province of Shanxi,this paper refers to the agricultural production process,and sets the carbon emission generated by each input factor of agricultural production as the undesired output,fully considering the importance of environmental variables to the green total factor production efficiency of agriculture.In the measurement stage,the super efficiency EBM model and Malmquist-Luengerber index decomposition method were used to measure and analyze the agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)of Shanxi Province during the sample period from 2009 to 2019.The conclusion showed that the agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)of Shanxi Province presented a positive growth trend on the whole,but the growth rate was relatively slow.But in 11 cities of Shanxi Province and four geographic regions exist significant differences,through the study of provincial area,first of all,from the perspective of the evolution of time shanxi agricultural total factor productivity(GTFP)green growth trend on the whole,the second from the perspective of the spatial variability of 11 cities in Shanxi Province,the other 10 except datong city agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)are basic to keep the growth,including agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)is the fastest growing and of linfen yuncheng,jincheng in the next;Four geographic regions,be regional agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)is the fastest growth rate,the second is,hill areas in northern shanxi then southeast shanxi region,is the slowest jinzhong area,there are multiple cities and green agriculture total factor productivity(GTFP)is still at the lower level,the insufficient technical level,the limited scale of agricultural production and other issues of uncertainty.Through measurement analysis,pure technology progress(PTP)and scale efficiency(SE)promoted the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)in Shanxi Province,while technology scale(ST)and technology progress(TP)inhibited the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)in Shanxi Province.This article also influence the 2009-2019 in Shanxi Province agricultural green growth of total factor productivity(GTFP),reasonable choice of agricultural industrial structure(SOAP),2 &3(DIOSATI)industry development level,degree of agricultural mechanization(DOMA),agricultural research investment(IIAR)and environmental regulation intensity(IOER)five variables are analyzed,and put forward to strengthen the policy on the basis of conclusion effective guidance,realizing the quality and efficient development of agriculture and agricultural ecological index,promote the green transformation of development mode,build good agricultural scientific research platform,We will encourage more talents to focus on agriculture,recognize differences in local endowments,coordinate the allocation of agricultural production factors,adjust the structure of agricultural production,and make policy recommendations on risk prevention,prediction and assessment.
