Study On The Optimization Of Rural Settlement Layout In Yijun County Driven By Agricultural Modernization

The issue of the three rural areas is a fundamental issue related to the livelihood of the people of the country,the Central Government No.1 document has mentioned the issue of the three rural areas many times,and the report of the 20 th National Congress is still to comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside and accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country as the focus of China’s development,the pace of turning to modern agriculture has been unstoppable,and its promotion of fundamental changes in agricultural production methods has accelerated the embedding of modern diversified forms of production organization,and the introduction of new agricultural The balance between the status quo rural settlements and agricultural production methods has been gradually shaken,based on the introduction of new agricultural production technologies,which have improved the efficiency of agricultural production.Therefore,this paper takes agricultural modernization as the entry point to optimize the layout of rural settlements,takes rural settlements in Yijun County as the research object,explores the impact of agricultural modernization on the layout of rural settlements,and then proposes corresponding optimization strategies and verifies them with examples,in order to guide the optimization of the layout of rural settlements in the context of modern agriculture in the future,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting sustainable rural development.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote sustainable rural development.Firstly,through field research and literature review,the current situation of rural settlement layout and agricultural modernization production in Yijun County is sorted out,and then the level of agricultural modernization development in Yijun County is evaluated,the development trend of agricultural modernization in Yijun County is analyzed in detail,and the contradictions between the current rural settlement layout and agricultural modernization development are explored in depth.The mismatch between the current rural settlement hierarchy and agricultural industrialized production,the mismatch between the current rural settlement scale and agricultural large-scale production,the mismatch between the current rural settlement function structure and agricultural specialized production,and the mismatch between the current rural settlement internal spatial layout and agricultural socialized production.Secondly,the comprehensive influencing factors on the layout of rural settlements are probed,and it is concluded that the change of economic model and the reconstruction of social relationship network brought by the transformation of modern agricultural production mode are the main driving factors leading to the change of the layout of rural settlements,and the specific impact of agricultural modernization development on the layout of rural settlements is also analyzed,so as to conclude the spatial distribution trend of rural settlements driven by agricultural modernization.Finally,through the analysis and collation results above,the optimization methods and strategies of rural settlement layout in Yijun County are explored,including the optimization of spatial structure by constructing a social network analysis model at the county level;the optimization of hierarchy and scale size by constructing a location-allocation model at the town level,while delineating the alignment of rural living circles with the hierarchy,and the optimization of At the village level,we optimize the industrial layout and land use layout.Then,through the example verification of Yijun County,the optimized layout of rural settlements in Yijun County adapted to modern agricultural production is derived.It is found that the study on the layout of rural settlements from the perspective of agricultural modernization can better solve the conflicts and contradictions between production and life in rural settlements;the development of agricultural modernization has a direct impact on the functional structure,size of the hierarchy and internal layout of rural settlements,and also has a great impact on the internal population flow,which affects the social network structure and accelerates The development characteristics of agricultural modernization are combined with the methods of reconstructing the spatial structure of counties,delineating new rural communities,and optimizing the internal spatial layout.By reconstructing the spatial structure of counties,delineating new rural communities,and optimizing internal spatial layout,we can,to a certain extent,explore the optimization of the layout of rural settlements adapted to modern agriculture.
