Research On Optimization Of Rural Settlements Of Zhaoyuan County

With the continuous development of social economy, rural residential land show highlights the contradictions, how to resolve such conflicts become China’s new rural construction of main content. The proportion of rural residential land severely uncoordinated, resulting in a serious waste of rural construction land, residential land per capita of185m2, especially in the northeastern provinces and autonomous regions, rural residential land per capita of more than300m, even worse, Inner Mongolia governance per capita land area of more than400m2.The presence of a large number of currently idle land, an area roughly10%to15%of my rural construction land area, resulting in "empty villages" a very serious problem.As Chinese economic development, rapid population growth, cause people to become increasingly prominent, the layout of rural settlements scattered, causing serious land waste. Layout Optimization of rural settlements, to a certain extent, the mining potential of rural construction land, the increase of arable land, improve land utilization of rural construction land, improve rural production and living conditions and living environment. In this paper, Zhaoyuan County as the study area for Zhaoyuan County optimize the layout of rural settlements, the main contents include the following six chapters:(1) Introduction section. This chapter introduces the research background, research methods and technology roadmap study abroad dynamic, content, purpose, meaning and the paper. Background including national policies, the new target of new rural construction stage, China’s national conditions and Zhaoyuan County rural residential problem.(2) Theoretical Fundamentals. Introduces the basic theories about the layout of rural settlements related concepts and layouts are based. The basic concept is mainly rural residential and rural residential layout two concepts, the basic theory of optimal allocation of land resources, including theory, location theory, the theory of supply and demand balance and sustainable development theory.(3) Describes the study area. Mainly includes two parts:the first part is mainly from geographical location, natural resources, profiles, traffic conditions, socio-economic development on the Zhaoyuan County introduced; second part introduces the Zhaoyuan County land use. (4) Evaluation section. Zhaoyuan County, mainly for rural residential layout optimization analysis to evaluate the potential. According to the information collected, combined with the actual situation in Zhaoyuan County to construct a reasonable indicator system, using analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to determine the index weight, and the differential index of indicators standardized method standardization, and Zhaoyuan County rural residential layout optimization potential evaluation grade, the Zhaoyuan County is divided into three potential rural residential zoning, grading results were analyzed according to the evaluation.(5) Layout optimization finishing solutions.
