| With the rapid development and changes of social and economic environment,the living standard and quality of urban residents have been greatly improved,and the safety,convenience and stability of living environment are the most important concerns of the public.As a special service vehicle to ensure safety and provide convenience,the urban patrol car plays an important role in various scenes of real life,but the existing urban patrol car widely has problems of single function,cumbersome operation and dull appearance,which cannot better meet the needs of usage scenes and has room for further exploration and optimization.Based on the research methods of INPD,AHP and SD,this paper will carry out a series of optimized designs for urban patrol cars,involving functions,appearance structure and interaction,with the goal of improving functional benefits and satisfying staff needs.In order to further locate the usage scenarios and important requirements of the product,firstly,the thesis uses SET analysis to collect and analyze the data of the urban patrol car to screen out the widely existing requirements,and then,through field visits and surveys to understand the requirements and suggestions from the perspective of real users,the requirements are selected and summarized to locate the specific usage scenarios and user objects of the urban patrol car,and then the user requirements are established according to the usage scenarios After that,we establish the user requirement model according to the usage scenario and use the principal component analysis to clarify the new function requirements,i.e.cleaning function,information exchange function,etc.Finally,we confirm the authenticity of the requirements through questionnaire survey again.Secondly,according to the design points of the user requirement model,in terms of function,the function and structure of the city patrol car are analyzed by using the functional principle analysis method,and the black box diagram,functional tree and functional structure diagram of the city patrol car are obtained,and a large number of functional combination solutions are obtained by morphological matrix,and finally the best solution is screened by the triangular fuzzy number analysis evaluation method.In terms of appearance,the intentional scale analysis method was used to collect a large number of existing urban patrol car exterior shapes and process them to obtain the key intentional vocabulary in terms of appearance and apply them to the design,combine them with functions for style orientation,and complete sketching and solution preference.Finally,Rhino 3D modeling software was used to model the appearance and key components of the preferred solution for the urban patrol car.In the model building process,reference was focused on ergonomics-related content,dimensional specifications and requirements were made,the motion structure and layout of key parts were demonstrated and explained,and Keyshot rendering software was used to demonstrate the appearance.Further,the human-computer interaction of the urban patrol car is designed,including scene simulation and prototype drawing by using Axture software. |
