In twenty-first Century, it will be the century of the rapid development of China’s subway construction.The AFC system is directly facing the passenger subway operation system, but also one of the system to provide quality service for passengers, while still the largest revenue system in Metro Operation. Study on the AFC system of operational risk can improve the safety management level of the operating system to a great extent, promote the AFC system management to analyze the risk factors existing in the AFC system, and establish the feasible preventive measures, the risk of problems existing in the system to a minimum, to safe, efficient, high-quality, lean operation objective.Taking Zhengzhou Metro as an example, research on security risk assessment method of AFC system in the process of the work, the first principle and characteristics of the system operation safety risk arising from the theoretical analysis, through a questionnaire survey to determine the impact of various indicators of the triangular fuzzy number, and using the trigonometric function method of AHP to establish security risk assessment model the weight of the system, to determine the influence of risk factors, according to the operational risk level calculation quantitative data of the system, for managers to provide a strong basis for the risk decision system.In this paper, a single method of risk assessment is proposed, which makes the system’s operational safety assessment more objective, scientific and systematic, and provides a basis for future research on operational safety risk management.
