As one of the most important construction facilities,the concrete mixing station is widely used in the construction of urban modernization in process.As the powder storage device of the mixing system,the storage tank must satisfy the requirements of continuous feeding and has a large volume.However,in order to meet the requirements of space saving,the storage tank is usually designed as a cylinder(the total height of the tank is about 11 meters).Once the storage system is installed and repaired with dust collection device or air vent device,it is necessary to reach the top through the ladder,so the safety and comfort of the ladder is particularly important.The existing ladder can’t satisfy the physiological and psychological needs of users,only considering its function.And it makes climbing and operating process more difficult during the whole climbing process.Besides,there are some problems such as simple structure and poor safety performance.Therefore,the thesis presented a new ladder for powder storage tank to solve the above kinds of problems.It must be useful for both related research and practical application in future.Based on its specific usage,the ladder of storage tank with adjustable height and angle was redesigned in this paper,which was more satisfy the physiological and psychological needs of users.Firstly,in order to build a human-product-environmental situation model,multiple methods were used to get the relationship of the users,product and environment.On this basis,a story-typed scenario model for the target users was generated.Before decomposing and sorting out it,the actual needs of the users were arranged,analyzed and extracted at different levels.The importance of the obtained requirements were evaluated by AHP.And,7 main requirements from the users were gained.According to these requirements,situational uses of the ladder in the future were proposed.Secondly,the design bases were come up by analyzing the functional structure of typical ladder samples and considering the ladder design’s elements.Then some functional principle schemes for powder storage tank ladder were obtained from both product function principle scheme design program and morphological matrix method.Thirdly,the evaluation index items suitable for powder storage tank ladder scheme satisfaction were determined by establishing the evaluation index system of mechanical and electrical product plan.Furthermore,the weight of evaluation index and evaluator were determined by using information entropy and AHP.And the optimal design scheme was obtained with triangular fuzzy number group multi-attribute evaluation decision method.Finally,3D model and rendering for ladder of powder storage tank were expressed with Rhino and Key Shot.The use process was simulated.On this basis,the structural reliability of ladder design scheme was verified with ABAQUS and both the size and the material were determined.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation of the designed ladder scheme shows that the design is feasible and will meet the needs of the users highly.In conclusion,a novel powder storage tank ladder was designed and some problems when using similar products were solved in this thesis.Optimized ladder emphasized the physiological and psychological needs of users in the design and it also provided foundation for both applications and related research in future.
