In recent years,the development of Chinese transportation is rapid.The departments of transportation at all levels and enterprises of transportation seriously implement a series of deployment and requirements of the CPC central committee and the state council about traffic safety.The situation of traffic safety maintain the overall stability.But significant accident take place from time to time.The part of the accident caused strong reaction in the society.The situation of traffic safety is still grim.At present,traffic safety can't adapt to the rapid development of transportation,especially the identification of hazard and evaluation of risk still stay in the "experience" stage.There is no a set of mature theoretical on study of hazard so lack theoretical gist on the control of hazards.Based on the experience and research results on identification and evaluation of hazard at home and abroad,this paper takes a series of research.It takes the identification and evaluation process of hazard as the main line,takes the system of Tianjin's passenger as the carrier,carry out research about the identification and evaluation of hazard and implements hierarchical control on dangerous sources of passenger transportation in order to improve the safety of passenger transportation.Firstly,through the study of the concept and characteristics of the dangerous source and the characteristics of the passenger transportation system,we analyzed the dangerous source of passenger transportation.About method on identification and evaluation of hazards,the research at home and abroad is a lot,but it mostly exist in the system for areas such as security,safety engineering.At present,the study of hazards in the field of passenger transport is less.Secondly,We determined the method of fault tree analysis for identification and risk assessment of hazard,in view of the applicability of hazard identification and evaluation of the passenger and the characteristics of fault tree analysis and combined with the study on hazards of passenger transportation.Then,the fuzzy mathematical method was introduced to improve the analysis of fault tree analysis,and the fuzzy fault tree analusis was established to make quantitative analysis.On the basis of this,the paper makes use of the three-dimensional risk matrix diagram to grade and control the risk source of passenger.It realize better safety management of the passenger transportation.At last,it make passenger transportation system in Tianjin as the carrier to study on passenger hazards identification and evaluation theory system application analysis,with the examples of passenger vehicle crash accident.Aimed at hazards of passenger grading control scheme is presented.The research of the paper is a useful attempt to study the risk identification and risk assessment of domestic passenger transport,and make up for the shortcomings of the research on the hazard identification and risk assessment of passenger transport,and has a high reference value for the safety management in the passenger transportation field.
