| At present,the development of China’s urbanization process is gradually accelerating,The use frequency of concrete mixing truck in construction industry is also increasing.At present,although the discharge chute device of the concrete mixer truck realizes basic functions such as level and height adjustment,anti-falling,and extended discharge,However,there is a lack of integration of basic functions.For example,The discharge chute device cannot be equipped with an anti-falling device and an extended discharge device at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the solution of the discharge chute device of the mixer truck to solve the problems of the current discharge chute device.This paper proposes to adopt a variety of design methods and technology integration and comprehensive application in the innovative design research of the discharge chute device.First of all,starting from the situation analysis method,through the field investigation and collection,the raw data information of the discharge chute device is obtained,the scenario storyboard is drawn to dig deeper into the user needs,and the user demand model of the discharge chute is established.Clustering and factor analysis method to obtain the main needs of key users.The functional analysis method is used to deconstruct the functional structure of the discharge chute constituting device,and the functional structure diagram of the functional principle scheme of the discharge chute device is innovated accordingly,and the functional elements are decomposed and combined to form a variety of alternative options for the discharge chute device.On the basis of the construction machinery evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of the discharge chute device is established,and the key indicators are screened by AHP.Based on this,the triangular fuzzy number group multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method is applied,and the alternatives are selected under several key indicators.Make optimization and determine the best solution.Apply ergonomics theory to size design,color matching and three-dimensional modeling of the optimal scheme,analyze and comprehensively evaluate the use of the process,and evaluate the satisfaction of the innovative scheme to verify the feasibility of the scheme. |
