In the modern information society with the rapid development of science and technology,human beings are producing huge amounts of data every moment.Big Data technology has become the trend of the times and has a tremendous impact on the changes of all walks of life.At the same time,under the new normal economic situation,the construction industry has experienced a slowdown in growth rate and a shift to intensive growth of quality-benefit type.The construction industry relies on informatization to get out of the growth dilemma.Big Data and BIM technology are the key to realize the informatization of the construction industry.Therefore the research on the BIM project management platform for Big Data is conducive to solving the problems of loss of building parameters,incomplete information,inaccurate and difficult to improve engineering project operation and maintenance during the traditional 2D project display.Based on the above research background,this paper studies BIM engineering management platform which combines Big Data.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,by consulting a large number of scientific and technological literature and industry data at home and abroad,comparing and discussing the characteristics of Big Data and construction industry data,it is pointed out that the characteristics of Big Data and construction industry data are similar,and construction industry data also have five characteristics of Big Data: large amount of data,rapid growth of data,data diversity,low data value density and data authenticity.On this basis,it is concluded that the technology of Big Datamining and analysis can be applied to the value mining of Big Data for building materials in construction industry.Secondly,based on Python technology,through the research of Web-side web page framework about the building materials website,Big Data mining platform has been developed,the problem of data visualization has been solved,and the data mining test has been carried out.Comparing the data mining program written by Python with the data mining plug-in of Web browser,it is found that the former is about 2.69 times more efficient than the latter,and it is far superior to manual.In addition,the deployment of cloud service platform solves the problem that the platform is affected by network and host,and verifies the feasibility of Big Data mining for building materials.Thirdly,based on BIM modeling and Unity3 D technology,the BIM engineering management platform is developed,and the methods of data interaction between different BIM software are studied,and two feasible methods are put forward.In addition,the method of BIM importing Unity3 D scene to reduce material loss is also proposed,which provides a new method for realizing BIM model roaming,interaction,rendering and other visual expression and engineering management functions in the platform.Finally,based on the project example of a University Park in Liaoning Province,BIM construction and corresponding data mining of building materials are studied.In the operation,maintenance and renovation phase of the project life cycle,BIM engineering management platform with Big Data deployed in the cloud is used to quickly obtain building materials information from relevant building models,and at the same time,to quickly mine the building materials data from the World Wide Web to provide external evidence and support for decisionmaking.The platform can also improve decision-making efficiency,increase economic benefits and verify the operability and feasibility of Big Data technology and BIM technology in engineering management.
