| In response to the "Guidance on Actively Promoting "Internet+"Action",the Ministry of Transport has guided the planning of the construction program of an electronic health record system for vehicle maintenance,which is a basic data resource platform for the transportation industry and the country.This paper takes the vehicle maintenance data platform of M Company as a case study,which is based on the construction and implementation of the guidance scheme of the vehicle electronic health record system.In the implementation and maintenance process of the platform since its construction,the platform has been continuously enriched with functions,rapid growth of data collection and increasing number of users.At the same time,many risk problems have been exposed.In order to better cope with these risk issues,this risk management study identifies and responds to various risks during the development and construction of the platform through the management process of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring,using management methods such as brainstorming method,Delphi method,Pareto analysis and hierarchical analysis,especially the identification and analysis of security issues and data privacy issues under the current situation,and A standard and feasible risk management plan is developed.Through the risk management scheme of this study,the identified high,medium and low risks can be reasonably addressed to guarantee the stable operation of the platform project,improve the risk management level of the platform project,and provide reference significance to the information construction of the maintenance industry and the construction of similar data platforms. |
