| As an important part of the logistics industry,shipping has played an important role in promoting the development of the industry and the growth of the national economy.In recent years,with the continuous increase in the volume of maritime trade and the continuous increase in trade volume,maritime transport has been regarded by many people as the most important mode of transportation for world trade and civil society.However,with the outbreak of the COVID-19,the shipping industry has been greatly impacted.Although it will gradually recover in 2021,there are still problems such as high shipping prices,lack of shipping capacity,declining punctuality,and port congestion.Although the shipping company responsible for the transportation has obtained enough income by virtue of the high freight rate,the shipper and the port are facing difficulties due to the high transportation cost and management cost.The maritime supply chain is in an unbalanced state,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the maritime supply chain.Based on the above background,this thesis is based on system dynamics,aiming at the economic benefits in the sustainable theory,using the relevant theoretical methods of the game to coordinate the distribution of interests among supply chain members,and studying the impact of different strategy choices on the overall supply chain participants.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Assume that the participants in the shipping supply chain are bounded rationality.By assuming different parameters that can affect the strategy selection of each participant,two supply chain evolutionary game models of the shipper and the shipping company,and the shipping company and the port are constructed,and the evolutionary stability is analyzed,and the evolutionary stable strategy is obtained by solving the replication dynamic equation.The numerical value of some parameters will directly affect the evolution results,so it needs to be discussed by category.(2)Construct the system dynamic models of shippers and shipping companies,shipping companies and ports,and use Vensim software to draw the causal loop diagrams of the two models respectively,so as to more clearly reflect the impact of each parameter on strategy selection.With the help of Matlab software,the evolution path diagram and evolution trend diagram are drawn,and the influence of the numerical changes of different parameters on the strategy selection is discussed under the condition that the initial cooperation probability of the participants in the evolution game is 0.5.It can be found that the additional costs and indirect benefits produced by different subjects when adopting strategies can affect the final result of their strategy selection,while the factors involving the other side can affect the speed at which they reach a stable strategy,and have little effect on the final result.(3)Improve the overall income of the supply chain participants,and coordinate all parties through profit sharing,so as to ensure the coordinated development of the sustainable maritime supply chain.Based on the importance of each parameter for strategy selection,supply chain participants need to improve their management level,risk estimation ability,market research and information acquisition ability on the one hand,and on the other hand,they also need to change their business philosophy,build an information sharing platform,and focus on the core business.Through the above research,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to maintain the stability of the supply chain logistics in the future when special circumstances arise,and to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of the maritime supply chain.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the development of supply chains in other industries. |
