Complex equipment has the characteristics of long development cycle and high development risk.It is a collaborative process involving multiple subjects.From design,research and development,to the market,the quality management of the supply chain of complex equipment development faces huge challenges.Supply chain quality cost control is one of the main strategies to improve quality competitiveness.This paper combines Fuzzy-QFD,gray decision theory,evolutionary game theory,Stackelberg game and other methods to establish complex equipment development from the aspects of supply chain quality collaborative design,collaborative development evolution and punishment mechanism,quality assurance cost and price decision,and quality cost optimization.The supply chain quality cost control model provides a scientific theoretical method for comprehensively improving the quality competitiveness of complex equipment development.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Optimum gray target house model for supply chain quality collaborative design scheme for complex equipment development.Combining Fuzzy-QFD and grey system theory,a hierarchical decision-making framework for quality coordination and quality design of the supply chain for complex equipment development is proposed,which enables the main manufacturers,customers and suppliers at all levels to participate in the quality collaborative design in an orderly manner.The target-weighted gray target decision-making model selects the most quality and competitive overall quality design scheme under the multi-objective and poor information decision-making situation.Provide effective management basis for quality cost control of complex equipment supply chain.(2)The evolutionary game and punishment mechanism of complex equipment supply chain collaborative development under the external quality loss sharing.Establish an evolutionary game of complex equipment collaborative development under the condition of external loss sharing,analyze the quality assurance equilibrium strategy and its influencing factors of the main manufacturer and supplier under the collaborative development condition,and propose an effective punishment mechanism to enable the supply chain main body to avoid The “free rider”behavior of the game players encourages the supply chain players to spontaneously adopt high-quality guarantee strategies to improve the quality of complex equipment.(3)Stackelberg model of complex equipment development supply chain quality assurance cost and price decision.Under the condition that customer demand is uncertain and affected by the dual factors of quality and price,a Stackelberg model is established to study the problem of supply chain quality assurance cost and price decision,and to solve the balanced decision and its influencing factors under different supply chain organization forms.Valuable conclusions and suggestions.(4)Co-optimization of GERT network model for supply chain quality cost development of complex equipment.Construct a GERT network model for the quality value of complex equipment,provide a quantitative calculation method for the quality value of complex equipment,and elaborate on the parameter design,moment generating function,equivalent transfer parameters and the solution method of important parameters.Based on this,by identifying key suppliers,constructing a supplier quality cost optimization model,proposing a quality cost optimization method for complex equipment supply chains that considers the value of quality,discussing the optimization of the supply chain quality cost structure,improving the efficiency of complex product development and quality competition Force method.
