This paper introduces the concept and theory of blockchain and building supply chain organization management,combines the research of domestic and abroad,information sharing organization management and blockchain technology,analyzes theInformation sharing within the supply chain organization of a construction project is an effective way to improve the project management performance.How to improve the efficiency of the project supply chain organization and management has become an opportunity and challenge for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In recent years,the promotion and application of the information sharing platform have basically realized the information sharing among the construction project supply chain members from the level of information technology.However,at present,the members of the project supply chain have problems including lack of security traceability,lack of information,low communication efficiency and lack of trust among members,which is not easy to project information sharing,and thus restricts the efficiency of supply chain organization management.Therefore,based on the "multi-centric" idea of blockchain,this paper proposes the information sharing organization mode of construction project supply chain,optimizes the information sharing behavior of project supply chain members in the new organization mode by means of evolution game theory and revised Shapley value method,and puts forward effective management strategies to solve the problems of information sharing among project supply chain members and improves the organization management efficiency of project supply chain.status of information sharing organization mode,shortage of traditional organization model and the feasibility of blockchain and project supply chain,constructs a new organization model based on blockchain supply chain,ensures its security in JAVA language,and interprets the application of contract terms intelligence,node consensus and payment in this organization model.Based on this,the evolution game theory is used to construct the evolution game model based on the core party-subordinate party,analyze the model parameters,dynamic evolution path,evolution and stability strategy,and explore the influencing factors of the information sharing of the supply chain members of the project in the new organization mode with MATLAB simulation.At the same time,by revising the Shapley value method to build the project supply chain information sharing interest distribution model,and using the adverse factors as the parameter correction model,to determine the more reasonable interest allocation strategy,and reduce the negative impact of the adverse factors on the information sharing behavior of the project supply chain members under the new organizational model.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the effective management strategy of blockchain project supply chain information sharing organization mode from the perspective of improving the attention of project supply chain members to information,increasing the subsidies to information sharing parties,clarifying the punishment mechanism and formulating a reasonable interest distribution strategy.Therefore,discussing the research on the information sharing organization and management of the construction project supply chain based on blockchain has a great influence on promoting the information sharing of the construction project supply chain members and improving the organization and management efficiency of the construction project supply chain.
