As high-end mobile machinery demands more and more energy saving and environmental protection,reducing its own weight and improving its mobile performance,lightweight and miniaturization of hydraulic components and systems is an important trend of future development.Hydraulic oil tank is an important auxiliary component in the hydraulic system.The traditional metal hydraulic oil tank is difficult to be lightweight,while non-metallic materials have the advantages of low density and formable special-shaped structure.Using it to make hydraulic oil tank is conducive to weight reduction.This paper analyzes the non-metallic hydraulic oil tank based on the rolling process,and carries out research work from the design,preparation and test of the oil tank,in order to provide guidance for the non-metallic and lightweight design of the hydraulic oil tank.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The partition plays an important role in improving the structural stiffness of the hydraulic tank,promoting the oil to precipitate bubbles and settling impurities,and reducing liquid shaking.In order to determine the optimal parameters of the diaphragm structure in the non-metallic hydraulic oil tank,the rigid strength of the tank structure,the performance of degassing and impurity removal and the heat absorption capacity of the mold during molding were studied by simulation method,and the influence rules of different diaphragm structure parameters on the above three points were obtained,which provided technical support for the structural design of the non-metallic hydraulic oil tank.(2)In order to analyze the key factors affecting the molding quality of the products,two types of non-metallic hydraulic oil tank structures with different sizes were designed and the three non-metallic materials,including crosslinked polyethylene,polypropylene and nylon,were used for trial production.The forming process parameters of the three materials were obtained,and the points for attention during the forming of each material were pointed out to provide reference for the rolling molding of non-metallic hydraulic oil tank.(3)In view of the lack of test methods and standards for hydraulic oil tank in national and international standards,based on the test methods recorded in the national standards for fuel tanks,the difference between the working conditions of hydraulic oil tank and fuel tank is amended and supplemented,and the hydraulic oil tank test methods are finally obtained,laying the foundation for the proposed group standards.(4)In order to compare the performance of the rolling oil tank products made of crosslinked polyethylene,polypropylene and nylon and explore the inhibition effect of nylon binding on the deformation of the oil tank,the non-metallic hydraulic oil tank is subjected to pressure resistance test at room temperature,pressure resistance test at high temperature,impact test at low temperature and binding deformation inhibition test.The results show that the mechanical properties and thermal stability of crosslinked polyethylene products are poor,and the deformation inhibition ratio of the oil tank is about 9.89% when the binding force is 40 kg,which provides a reference for the nonmetalization of hydraulic oil tank.
