Currently,the energy crisis is becoming more and more serious,and petroleum resources are gradually reduced.In order to deal with the energy crisis,hydraulic transmission technology is also seeking new development technology,such as reducing energy consumption and waste through the design and manufacture of hydraulic components in miniaturization and lightweight.Hydraulic tank is an indispensable component of hydraulic transmission system.Owing to the traditional design method and manufacturing technology,the space and mass of the hydraulic tank account for a large proportion of the hydraulic system,which can not meet the development needs of miniaturization and lightweight of hydraulic transmission system.In order to effectively reduce the spa ce and mass of hydraulic tank,researchers have developed a variety of new hydraulic tank s,however,the existing tank cannot effectively solve this problem.Therefore,this paper takes the variable capacity non-metallic oil tank as the research object,carries on the design and the performance analysis,strives to form the variable capacity non-metallic oil tank design method with small volume,light weight and simple structure,and provides the theoretical reference for the hydraulic transmission system m iniaturization and light weight.This paper study the working principle and action mechanism of variable volume non-metallic hydraulic reservoir,and carries on the structural design.Taking the function of the oil tank as the starting point and combining the working conditions of the hydraulic system,the calculation method of the working volume and working pressure of the oil tank is given.The stress analysis,calculation and check of each component of the oil tank are carried out to form the structural design method of variable volume non-metallic hydraulic reservoir.Through theoretical analysis,the volume formula,flow continuity equation and force balance equation of the oil tank are established,and the mathematical model of the oil tank is developed.The mathematical model of the tank is modified by using the data of the drainage test and the static test of the tank,and then the simulation model of the tank is established to preliminarily explore the variation rule of the working parameters of the tank.The co-simulation model of variable volume non-metallic hydraulic reservoir and hydraulic system is established to explore the change rule of working parameters of oil tank in hydraulic system.Variable volume non-metallic hydraulic reservoir test rig was built to carry out frequency response test of key parameters of oil tank and response test of oil tank in hydraulic system.The correctness of the mathematical model and the feasibility of the simulation model are verified by experiments.Test the ti me domain response characteristics of the tank and the response performance at different volume percentages and different operating frequencies.The above research contents provide theoretical basis and experimental reference for the design of new closed hydraulic tank,and lay the foundation for the later development of higher performance closed hydraulic tank.
