The new generation of rocket developed in C hina has the largest diameter of 5 meters.The large thrust engine and a series of advanced technologies have greatly improved the carrying capacity.As the core component of the carrier rocket,the safety of the tank is related to the whole rocket’s launching.The original for the rocket manufacturing production of large non-standard professional equipment are designed in 60 s of last century and the Test equip ment has insuffic ient testing ability and can only detect Tank Dome with a diameter of 2.25 meters and 3.35 meters..While the new rocket Tank Dome of 5 meters,the original equipment can not meet the requirements of new product test.The large hydraulic strength test device of this research,is a large-scale process equipment necessary Tank Dome manufacturing process.This topic through the product parameters and analys is of process features of the Tank Dome with 5 meters in diameter,accor ding to the requirements for new product process test,determine the overall design scheme of the hydraulic strength test device.The test device based on the traditional test device,using large equipment to complete the Tank Dome with 5 meters in diamete r,sealing and support,connected with the hydraulic test stand through the interface,complete hydraulic strength test on the Tank Dome with 5 meters in diameter.In this paper,on the basis of the overall scheme of the large Tank Dome hydraulic strength test device,structure system of the test device are designed and analyzed.The fixture of the fixed structure and sealing structure part of the detailed design and calculation,simulation and analysis of deformation using the finite element analys is software for large tooling part and its main components in test condit ions and stress condit ion,the simulation results show that large tooling and its main parts are to meet the design requirements.Finally,test the ability to test device for testing technology based on Tank Dome with 5 meters in diameter,The sectional pressure test and hydraulic strength test were carried out on the hydraulic strength test device.The measured data were co MPared with the design parameters to meet the requirements of techn ical parameters.The design of large hydraulic strength test device that the structure of the system is reasonable and feasible,can meet the testing requirements of the products.
