In recent years,the high-speed railway has become an important research topic all over the world,many developed countries,such as Russia,France,Germany and carried out extensive and deep research on the high-speed railway,currently they master mature high-speed railway technology,and they completed a lot of high-speed railway projects of construction and research.Nowadays China is in the period of rapid development of high-speed railway,which has the longest operating and construction of high-speed rail system all over the world.High speed railway runs across these densely populated are,which,inevitably,causes a lot of environmental factors,one of the most prominent problem is the huge noise generated when trains run on high-speed railway along the population directly or indirectly in the life,working,studying,entertaining,rest and other aspects.It is quite urgent to solve the noise pollution causing by the high speed railway.Based on the background of the research on noise barrier of high-speed railway,the acoustic theory analysis,mechanical calculation,ANSYS simulation and testing of sound barrier and unit plate has been investigated and demonstrated.On the basis of the plate inserting nonmetal sound barrier,design the structural of the metal sound barrier and lightweight optimization.In order to provide an optimized product for the economic,practical and easy operation of the sound barrier of high speed railway in typhoon area.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.Application of acoustic theory on sound barrier,including the components of high-speed rail noise and the characteristics of wave propagation,insertion loss of noise barrier,the height of the noise barrier on noise reduction effect of sound barrier length design theory and empirical formula.2.According to malpractice of the ordinary non metal barrier production,on transportation and installation,Lightweight optimization of ordinary non-metallic sound barrier,the process of lightweight optimization includes lightweight aggregate instead of heavy aggregate,select highly effective binder to improve the strength,and so on.According to the properties of lightweight materials,the structure of the sound barrier and the unit plate is redesigned,and the theoretical calculation of the light metal sound barrier unit plate of the H steel column and the transverse stress component is carried out.3.Finite element analysis of lightweight non metallic sound barrier unit plate by ANSYS simulation software,the plate unit in the typhoon area load under extreme conditions generated by the 7.0KPa stress and displacement results are compared with the theory,results are very close the theoretical calculation values unless some individual stress concentration.4.The performance of the test specimen is tested through the test,,including the anti bending fracture load test,the anti fatigue load test,the noise reduction coefficient test and the weight loss sound insulation test.The accurate data are obtained by the test,and the data are in a relatively safe range compared with the theoretical design.Therefore,the safety margin set in the design process provides an effective guarantee for the actual performance of the light metal barrier.
