| Metal inserts are embedded in the non-metallic hydraulic oil tank for connecting the oil tank accessories,which can effectively improve the connection strength.Metal inserts form an interface with non-metallic hydraulic oil tank.Due to the different elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of the two adjacent materials,the material properties of the hydraulic oil tank along the thickness direction are discontinuous,which will lead to interface debonding when the hydraulic oil tank is loaded,thus leading to oil leakage and other problems.This topic is based on the rolling process of non-metallic hydraulic oil tank metal insert research,analysis of the insert shape on the interface binding performance of the influence of the panel shape on the defor mation of the box,is conducive to improving the reliability of the tank and insert connection.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The stress analysis of the main loading forms of the metal inserts in the non-metallic oil tank was carried out to obtain the stress forms of the interface between the oil tank and the inserts.The failure mechanism of the interface was analyzed when the interface was subjected to circumferential shear load,and the distribution of shear stress and normal stress of the interface at different circumferential positions was obtained.The influence of the appearance of the inserts on the torsional performance of the interface was explored.The slip mechanism of the interface under axial shear load is analyzed,and the differential equation for analyzing the relationship between the interface stress and slip at different axial positions is established.(2)The strength of the interface between the non-metallic hydraulic tank and the metal insert was measured through the interface strength test,which provided boundary conditions for the subsequent finite element simulation.Through the finite element simulation,the influence law of the insert shape on the interface bond performance was studied,and the bond performance improvement rate of the interface between the polygon insert and the non-metallic oil tank was obtained relative to the circular insert.(3)Metal panels are embedded in non-metallic oil tank to solve the sealing problem caused by plane deformatio n at the connection between non-metallic oil tank and oil tank accessories.Based on this,the influence of panel shape structure on the deformation of the oil tank is studied.Three metal panels of different shapes are designed to carry out tensile loading test and analyze the deformation of the oil tank caused by different shapes of panels under the same axial load.Based on the tensile load,the simulation analysis is carried out to study the influence law of panel shape structure on tank deformation. |
