Research On Performance Evaluation Optimization Of X Ship Enterprise Equipment Supplier

With the acceleration of global modernization and the vigorous development of various industries,the importance of supply chain is increasing day by day,and the performance management level of suppliers is also a key link in supply chain management.In today’s society,if enterprises want to survive and develop,and secure a place in the fiercely competitive industry,they need to have an efficient and scientific supplier performance management system,while also not being unfair.In this fair and efficient supplier performance evaluation model,enterprises can effectively and accurately evaluate the performance of suppliers,make targeted feedback adjustments,and stimulate the development potential of supplier groups,promoting win-win cooperation between both parties.At the same time,enterprises can use this to mobilize market activity and actively guide a virtuous competitive cycle in the market.The research object of this paper is X shipbuilding Company,which is a large shipbuilding repair company.Founded at the end of the last century,the enterprise is a nationally renowned shipbuilding enterprise,covering an area of over 450 acres and equipped with very complete shipbuilding equipment.Based on this,through field research and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the supplier selection evaluation system of X ship manufacturing enterprise,analyzes the causes,and optimizes and designs a supplier performance evaluation system suitable for material and equipment procurement of all parties of X ship manufacturing enterprise according to the literature.This article summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and based on the theoretical foundation of supplier performance evaluation,provides a comprehensive,qualitative and quantitative explanation of the current status of supplier performance evaluation for X Shipping Enterprise.And conduct scientific research and analysis,rigorously and reasonably design feasible plans,first classify ship material suppliers,develop a supplier performance evaluation plan based on a combination of questionnaire surveys and the best and worst method,comprehensively optimize and upgrade the evaluation process,and propose optimization strategies and guarantee measures to improve operational efficiency.
