In the current fierce competition environment,construction enterprises are looking for new profit growth,more and more enterprises begin to research from the Angle of supply chain,how to integrate enterprise resources,reduce operating costs,supplier management as a source of supply chain management to enterprise authors efficiency plays a vital role.How to identify and screen high-quality suppliers with the help of advanced supplier management concept to reduce the procurement cost of enterprises;How to improve the performance of suppliers and cooperative relationship through performance evaluation and differentiated management,and reduce the operating cost of enterprises;How to use advanced information technology to improve the degree and timeliness of information sharing and reduce the transaction costs of enterprises has become an urgent problem for many construction enterprises.This paper takes the optimization of supplier management of ZG Company as the research topic,aiming to improve the supplier management level of ZG Company and reduce the operating cost and procurement risk of the enterprise.Through data analysis and direct brainstorming method,this paper analyzes and identifies the outstanding problems existing in the process of supplier management of ZG Company,and then discusses the main causes of the problems with the help of questioning brainstorming method.In view of the problems encountered in supplier selection evaluation,this paper changed the previous project-centered supplier development mode by adjusting the organization of supplier evaluation and optimizing the supplier selection process.Improve supplier access quality through multi-channel supplier development strategy and three-stage supplier selection method;The problem of single supplier selection index is solved by constructing entropy-TOPSIS supplier selection model.Problems for supplier performance evaluation,this paper proposes the combination of quarterly and annual supplier performance evaluation model,and through the Delphi and AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index,in order to better motivate suppliers to improve the performance level,the paper also designs the supplier performance evaluation analysis of the mechanism,through the horizontal contrast help suppliers to recognize their own gap,Grasp the change of supplier performance through vertical comparative analysis.Aiming at the existing problem of supplier classification management,the paper first use Kraljic model classify supplies strategic importance,secondly according to the supply and demand relationship matrix on the supply and demand both sides to attract attract degrees are classified,and then according to the importance and attraction of supply and demand relations to material suppliers classification,finally aimed at different levels of suppliers to differentiate incentive strategy.In the process of optimizing the implementation of the program,this paper formulated a three-stage implementation plan,and proposed three implementation guarantee measures of cross-functional department coordination,promotion of information platform application and improvement of supplier management system.The supplier management optimization program of ZG Company solves the key problems encountered in the supplier management process from the perspective of supplier life cycle management.The optimization program is helpful for the enterprise to cultivate long-term stable strategic partners,improve the management level of the enterprise,and reduce the overall operation cost and procurement risk of the enterprise.
