| With the high-speed development of national economy and the vigorous development of the construction of new infrastructure investment,our country also in the sharp increase in the number of construction projects and,at the same time meet the requirements of the model innovation,technology innovation and constantly improve,in such conditions,the construction enterprise to comply,fast development,the material supplier management has become the premise and guarantee for the development of the company.In the process of analyzing the cost composition of each construction project,the material cost accounts for about 50%-60% of the direct cost of the project.Therefore,construction enterprises should pursue higher profit space,and the management of material suppliers has become the top priority in the management of construction enterprises.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice to study and analyzes the previous achievements in supplier management.Supplier management includes supplier selection,review,evaluation,certification,access,evaluation,supplier relationship and other aspects,and this article focuses on the optimization of supplier management from three aspects.They are supplier procurement management mode,supplier access process management and supplier relationship management.From the management status quo of XP company to management problems and analysis,and finally optimize the new design scheme.This paper mainly from two aspects of access to suppliers and supplier relationship management(CRM)analysis,follow the scientific,systematic,the combination of quantitative and qualitative principles,combined with the actual XP company supplier management status,establishing the company supplier management optimization of optimization scheme for XP: optimizing supplier procurement mode optimization,optimize the mode of procurement,From the original decentralized mode to the classification of centralized procurement mode;Reorganize the supplier access process,set new supplier access evaluation indicators,optimize the quantitative indicators of supplier access evaluation more reasonable,the new project dynamic management,using weighted average method to quantify indicators can be clearly calculated;The analysis is carried out from the perspective of supplier relationship management,including supplier risk management,supplier evaluation management and supplier incentive.Material ABC management method and Karajk matrix method are used by Kanljic to carry out classification and hierarchical control of suppliers,and the incentive mechanism is more transparent and easier to implement.Finally,safeguard measures are put forward for the implementation of the optimization scheme from the three aspects of optimizing the organizational structure,enhancing the professional skills of procurement personnel and digital procurement,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized scheme and play a good communication bridge between enterprises and suppliers.Construction enterprises and engineering material suppliers are mutually reinforcing and closely cooperating.This paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier management of XP company and formulates corresponding solutions,which has practical guiding significance to help XP company establish close strategic partnership with suppliers. |
