Research On Green Productive Reform Design Of Old Residential Area In The Center Urban Area Of Tianjin

With the rapid economic development and large-scale urban construction in China,problems such as loss of farmland,energy crisis and deterioration of resources and environment have become increasingly prominent.The promotion of "quantity" in economic construction is gradually transforming into the pursuit of sustainable "quality".Therefore,the green production of urban residential areas has become one of the breakthrough points to solve the problem,that is,to excavate the resources supply capacity of urban ecological system itself and improve the ecological carrying capacity of urban built environment.Taking the old urban residential areas as the research object,this paper attempts to discusses the green productive reformation strategy of the old residential area in the center urban area of Tianjin,with the promotion of green productive function as the core,agricultural planting,renewable energy production,organic waste recycling as green production mode.The main research of this paper consists of three parts: potential analysis,spatial strategy research and empirical research.First of all,this paper analyzes the background of the renewal of the old residential areas in the central urban area of Tianjin from 1980 to 2000 from three aspects of construction background,planning and design characteristics and update l trend.The natural conditions of green production in Tianjin area were studied and analyzed through literature data.And based on the field investigation of typical residential areas,the spatial and social conditions of green and productive renewal in the old residential areas in the central city of Tianjin were analyzed.Then,based on the spatial status and green production conditions of typical residential areas,the goals and principles of green production renewal in old residential areas are clarified.Taking the outdoor space and residential buildings of the old residential area in the Tianjin center urban area of as the carrier,this paper puts forward the green productive renewal strategy which is applicable to the existing urban residential areas by means of agricultural planting,renewable energy production and organic waste recycling.Finally,taking the residential area of Jinzidongli in Hexi district,Tianjin as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on productive renewal design.Based on the spatial status and production conditions of zizdongli,this paper proposes a green production renewal design scheme for this residential area,and makes a quantitative evaluation of the green production renewal scheme for this residential area from the perspective of green production output and environmental impact.By means of literature research,field research,combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper analyzes the conditions for green production in old residential areas in downtown Tianjin,and puts forward the strategy of improving production function in residential area.This paper expects to improve the residential area’s own resource supply and metabolic capacity,while maintaining the function and land area.Achieve both increased production and reduced consumption,as well as protection of the ecological environment.Provide a new idea for the functional enhancement of existing settlements and the ecological transformation of cities.
