Abstract/Summary:
Due to the shortage of urban land resources,there is a general trend of high-intensity development in urban residential areas,and the outer space area of urban residential areas is decreasing.As the main occurrence place of residents’ daily life,the high-quality outer space environment of residential areas can increase the frequency of people’s outdoor activities,promote the mutual communication of residents,and thus form a good community atmosphere.Firstly,based on the theoretical research on the urban residential area,the outer space of residential area and the urban microclimate,the theoretical framework of the outer space environment evaluation of residential area is determined.Secondly,by investigating and analyzing the basic information of 190 residential districts built in the past five years,three typical types of residential districts in Hangzhou are identified as the research objects.Then Depthmap software,T-sun software and ENVI-met software were used to simulate the spatial accessibility and microclimate environment of the outer space of the sample residential area and to evaluate the outer space environment of the residential area.On this basis,the optimization strategy of the outer space environment of residential area is put forward from two aspects:the design process and the design method.The research results can not only provide a more scientific and accurate design process and design method for the optimal design of the outer space of urban residential areas in Hangzhou and even East China,but also enhance the scientificity of the evaluation of urban residential area planning and design scheme,so as to provide more comfortable residential environment for residents.
