Study On Space Design Of Unit Residences

Since China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of national economy, and the rapid urbanization. In the process of urbanization, residential construction to rise and development, especially the unit housing, but also got rapid development in decades. Unit residential development up to now, has become China’s one of the main types of current housing, which is people’s basic living space, investigate its reason, mainly because the living problem has become an important issue in the history of the 21st century China.At present, the part of the unit housing is not enough on public space design attaches great importance to the quality of living environment, lack of vitality, some unit on internal design house in pursuit of high volume rate caused by the single type of residential design. In addition, some of the city housing project are very similar in appearance, lost the regional features. To sum up, the part of the unit housing is the same phenomenon, its design lack of angry, neighborhood, lack of connotation of the urban environment, the unfavorable to the harmonious development of the city. This paper made in-depth analysis of the above problem, and combining the practice of the author to participate in the project-Changsha, Hunan province Yuquan district housing project as an example for further research.This article is divided into five parts altogether.The first part:The first part of this paper. To clarify the research object and research significance of this article. Now land resources in our country is diminishing, how to make full use of limited resources, constructing high quality, comfortable space, solve the living problems by limited area become urgent affairs, and unit housing is the key to solve the problem of living.The second part:Elaborate the development of unit residential.The third part:The analysis of the actual case of concrete, through the analysis of the case, to make improvement of unit residential space design quality.The fourth part:Take Yuquan district residential project in Hunan Changsha as the research object, the author analyze and research the design principles for regional unit housing, residential function and the spatial analysis, characteristics of the residential construction group and so on.The fifth part:Conclusion part of the paper. Conclusion part of this article has carried on the rational thinking to unit residential design, the problem of how to do space reconstruction and how to solve the demand of the modern living were studied and discussed in this paper.
